The location was good with supermarkets nearby. Pharmacies were also close. i liked that fruits, coffee, tea, water, and popcorn were available. it was a nice touch. The room was also clean. there was a separate space for luggage. This was very convenient.

Staff were not friendly, and probably the least cute of our multiple hotel trip. beds are pretty small doubles. The air conditioning consisted of only a ceiling fan. i found it generally a pretty cramped feel. That could be reflective of hotels in the area though.

The hotel offered complimentary refreshments. I enjoyed the cookies and water available throughout the day. The staff was very friendly (Alicia the bartender was especially nice). The central location was convenient with easy access to public transportation.

The historic building had charm. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The location was very close to the cable car turnaround (which was so convenient).

I noticed hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival. There was no air conditioning in the room, a bit uncomfortable.
